1. General
By participating in this Instagram giveaway, participants agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Instagram (Meta) in any way.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older who are resident in Germany.
Employees of Neue Werkstätten GmbH, affiliated companies, and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation is free of charge and not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services.
3. Participation
Participation takes place exclusively via Instagram by fulfilling the requirements stated in the respective giveaway post from February 5th, 2026 on the Neue Werkstätten Instagram account (@neuewerkstaetten).
Multiple entries by the same Instagram account do not increase the chances of winning.
Participation is only possible during the giveaway period specified in the post.
4. Prize, Winner Selection & Notification
The prize consists of two silver mugs by Natalia Criado:
– one Perla Cup (color: silver plated brass, stone: recycled white stone)
– one Cone Cup (color: silver plated brass, stone: black lava stone)
The prize will be awarded to one selected participant. The winner is responsible for sharing the prize with the person tagged in the comment. The organizer is not responsible for the distribution of the prize between the winner and the tagged person.
The winner will be selected at random after the end of the giveaway period.
The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be selected.
The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
5. Prize Delivery
The organizer will cover shipping costs within Germany.
The organizer is not liable for damage or loss after the prize has been dispatched.
6. Exclusion from Participation
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these Terms and Conditions or attempt to manipulate the giveaway.
Any use of automated systems or fraudulent behavior will result in exclusion from participation.
7. Data Protection
Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of conducting and administering the giveaway and will be deleted after completion, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

8. Final Provisions
German law shall apply.
Legal recourse is excluded.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
